Stainline Operator / Color Specialist - 1st Shift

JOB OVERVIEW:

A stain line operator operates a water-based stain machine. Primary responsibilities include being able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), setting up the spray machine for proper color blend and molding type by adjusting spray guns and sorting wood by color to ensure a color match is achieved.

Applicants must not be color blind, have a basic understanding of math and measurements, and some mechanical or machine operator experience. The working conditions involve wearing eye protection and gloves at all times, standing for the entire shift, and lifting up to 25lbs in a fast-paced, quality and quantity driven environment.
