We are an up and coming Commercial Flooring and Interior Design Company at the National Level with strong partnerships with General Contractors, Building Owners, and Commercial End Users (Medical, Office, Retail, Schools, Government, Higher Ed)

We are seeking both strong individual contributors ( Regional Sales, PM's, Estimators ) as well as leadership candidates ( GM, VP, SVP, President ) with a proven background in the Commercial Flooring Dealer world.

Job Responsibilities:

IC Candidates:

• Collaborate with suppliers, architects, designers, building owners, and contractors to choose products that fit budget and project specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, end users, and architects, offering presentations on flooring options, installation, and maintenance.
• Compile and manage a list of potential customers for sales leads.
• Submit pricing quotes , verify contract accuracy with the President and Sales Manager, and oversee project coordination, including RFIs, submittals, materials ordering, and scheduling.
• Conduct job site visits for quality control, handle project changes and cost proposals, and ensure timely and proper installation.
• Work with the project team to manage change orders, billings, and close-out documentation.

Leadership Candidates:

• Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the designated location.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and local authorities, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Develop and manage key relationships with Suppliers and Customers.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial flooring construction and installation . We are not looking for distributor/manufacturer!
• P&L Experience and or Sales Management Experience.
• Experience with RFMS, Measure, Callidus, Measure Square preferred from Estimating candidates

Pay:$100,000.00 - $300,000.00
