The Position FanDuel is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer for the Wallet team within the Payments Vertical. You will be the third engineer on a new team, helping establish norms and best practices. The role involves working on complex challenges, building scalable solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent user experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop UI components using React. Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. Debug across browsers and devices; write automated tests with Jest and Cypress. Integrate RESTful APIs into the front-end. Optimize performance and support A/B testing and feature flags. Follow sprint commitments and communicate progress effectively. Engage in team discussions about goals and improvements. Requirements 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and React. Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills and responsive design knowledge. Experience with RESTful APIs, version control, and CI/CD. User-focused mindset and collaborative spirit. Familiarity with monitoring tools and testing practices. Strong ownership and willingness to learn. Knowledge of sports or regulated industries is a plus.
