The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Your Next Pour: The Opportunity We are looking to add a Senior Demand Planner – Canada to our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Senior demand planner is responsible for the forecast – both short and long term – for the full Canadian TBG business. This role sits within the broader North American Supply Chain Planning organization and requires strong inter-functional relationships with various teams, including supply planning, customer service, sales and commercial teams. A strong level of understanding across all key planning functions will also be a key component to success in this role. As the Senior Demand Planner, your key accountability will be delivery of an accurate forecast for the Canadian business, as measured by Forecast Accuracy and Bias. This position requires an experienced, collaborative individual, who possesses the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across many different teams. Strong relationships with Sales Key Account Managers (KAMs) are critical to ensure a ‘finger on the pulse’ of market and customer dynamics and their effect on the forecast. Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering accurate near and longer-term total forecasts as measured by Forecast Accuracy and Bias, as well as providing key stakeholders explanatory and predictive insights on performance and key drivers
- Owning total forecast for the full Canadian customer team
- Maintaining relationships with collaborative cross-functional partners to gather intelligence and improve forecast accuracy for UPC’s within Canada
- Support Demand Planning team initiatives
- Own and execute demand forecasting in SAP IBP for products in distributions at the SKU/UPC level in Canada
- Own & monitor Demand Planning Forecast Accuracy and Bias KPIs for Canada SKUs, including relevant reporting
- Use experience, analysis, reporting tools and gathered intelligence to review sales history, evaluate the impact of future business and sales activities on demand and take appropriate actions to adjust forecasts (baseline, lift, promotional activities, distribution changes, etc.)
- Deliver improved Forecast Accuracy and Bias goals, to enable better service and reduce excess and obsoletes inventory via better and more stable demand signal passed on to downstream supply chain
- Support Demand Planning Manager as needed with preparation and follow ups for BU Level Cross Functional Reviews (“top-down” each period), and gap analysis when evaluating results vs. targets
- Lead cross functional meetings with key stakeholders to review future forecast and trends
- Hold key stakeholders accountable and be able to challenge inputs from others with data for forecasts
- Ability to collaborate and maintain close relationships day to day with key contacts in Sales to gather intelligence relative to Sales activities for Canadian SKUs (Promotions, Calendar Event, distribution changes)
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain Integration teams to manage forecasts for new and discontinued products impacting assigned Customer Teams
- Own preparations, facilitate, and track follow ups for Customer connects and Revenue Reviews with Customer Teams
The Perfect Blend: Experience - 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, with hands-on demand planning experience preferred
- Ability to manage through influence. Role will have no direct reports, but deliverables will be met through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Requires strong understanding of all planning functions and how each impacts the supply chain
- Requires ability to deal with ambiguity, and effectively balance business priorities
- Strong Functional expertise in SAP or related ERP systems
- Understanding of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process or similar (S&OP, S&OE, SIOPs)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- CPG or short-shelf-life products experience preferred
- Experience with demand planning in the Canada market a plus
- Experienced tunning statistical forecast, or working with AI enabled forecasting tools is a plus
- Experience with all aspects of planning – supply, MRP, demand, deployment – and their interdependencies
- Experienced with innovation, modelling demand or supporting execution of new product launches in market
- Must have strong background in SAP/ERP systems
- Must have exceptional collaboration, organizational and communication skills
Foundational Ingredients: Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, planning or another technical/supply chain-related field
- Must be located in either Chicago, IL or Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3 days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be willing and able to travel 15-20% of the time.

The salary range for this position is $71,000- $96,000 annually
