Provides mental health screening assessments and makes appropriate interventions and referrals. Provides a full range of mental health treatment services including: Mobile Outreach / Screening, responds to hotline calls, assessments, crisis counseling, interventions, case management and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, recordkeeping, consultation and education.
