Job Description

Our client, a leader in the aggregate processing equipment industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler Crushing Equipment to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Crushing Equipment

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble and test subassemblies and electromechanical systems to ensure performance and quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools to install prefabricated parts and connect cables and components.
• Perform in-process testing and inspections to ensure compliance with production specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have Own Tools! 
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing business requirements.
