The successful candidate can manage each client visit and takes pride in a job well done. Create a game plan at each job so you and your tech can complete the job in the most efficient manner (window washing, solar cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, etc). Ensure the client understands what's to be completed and where there might be some trouble spots. If any mistakes are made, we own the issue and fix it.
