Responsible for End-to-End Solution Design and Governance for Distribution Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Detailed Scheduling for diverse production processes. Responsibilities Act as the Distribution Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Scheduling IT Lead for architecting and governing solutions within the end-to-end process. Conduct business and IT workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements for distribution requirements planning, rough cut production planning, and scheduling. Articulate and propose optimal solutions. Identify gaps, design, and develop solutions to enhance Pepsi Global Template capabilities across all in-scope markets and sectors. Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with other IT Solution Design Leads and business partners. Act as advocate of change and understand process interdependencies to ensure fully integrated process solutions with other teams such as Make to Deploy, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Serve as the primary point of contact across the Supply Chain organization for the status of the IT Production Planning Detailed Scheduling work stream. Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Leads, and Solution Design Teams on issue resolution and process design. Escalate decision-making requirements or process “choice points” to the Global Process Owner. Challenge status quo and ask difficult questions to drive optimal solutions. Influence and work through others, adopting industry standards and best practices. Articulate perspectives and demonstrate experiences effectively. Deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. Compensation and Benefits Expected salary range: $118,700 - $198,800. Salary considerations based on location, skills, experience, and education. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. 10+ years configuring, deploying, and managing SAP APO/IBP and ERP, focusing on production planning and scheduling. 5+ years of IBP and SAP S4-PPDS experience (must-have). Expertise in solutions for production planning and scheduling. Experience in Demand and Supply Planning solution evaluations. Knowledge of procurement, production, inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting processes. Understanding master data needs for planning and scheduling. Experience with large projects and programs. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management is advantageous. Curiosity and a desire to learn. IT leadership experience in supply planning projects. Familiarity with tools like SAP SolMan, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, MS Project is a plus. Problem-solving skills and stakeholder influence capabilities. Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to handle pressure and change. Consulting background is a plus.
