Prestigious Real Estate Private Equity Firm Seeks a Head/Director Capital Raising & Portfolio Management
*Reporting to the CEO/Senior Partner
*Oversee Raising Capital for all Real Estate Ventures
*Work with Existing Investors
*Identify Strategic Investment Opportunities
*Manage Personal Capital of Ultra High Net Worth Investors as well as Institutional Capital
*Bring a Rolodex of Clients- High Net Worth Investors, Endowments, Pension Funds to Continuously Raise Capital for all Real Estate Investments
*Assist in Raising Money for other Venture Capital Opportunities
Qualifications:
*10+ Years of Capital Raising/Portfolio Management or Money Management of High Net Worth Individuals
*Strong Rolodex of Clients/Investors
*Capital Raising in Real Estate Experience a Big Plus
Base Salary: 250k-350k + Carried Profits & Interest. Incentives including a Participating Percentage of the Capital Raise. ~750k+ All In. Role is Remote with some Travel to Boston & NYC.
