Savills is seeking an enthusiastic & growth-minded Associate Broker to work closely with our team of experienced senior brokers. This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a “high risk, high reward” type of environment.

This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for driven and high-performing individuals.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
• Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking.
• Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
• Provides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clients
• Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Real Estate License
• Ability to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives.
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needs
• Enthusiastic, dedicated approach to understanding prospective client needs and implementing outreach strategies
• A persistent, competitive, ambitious, and proactive attitude, with a strong moral compass
• A coachable and collaborative demeanor with strong teamwork skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of business development/outbound sales experience
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
• Bachelor's degree
