Associate Attorney – Labor, Family, and Civil Law

📍 Riverside, CA (In-Person)

💼 Full-Time | $90,000-110,000/year

Harper & McCoy, A.P.C. is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Riverside. Our firm proudly represents first responders, public employees, and unions across California in labor, family law, and civil litigation matters.

Practice Areas:

• Administrative Labor & Employment Law
• Family Law
• Civil Litigation

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license (new admittees welcome)
• Local to Riverside/San Bernardino preferred
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Interest in representing clients at hearings, arbitrations, and court

Preferred Experience:

• Family law, wage & hour, public agency, or administrative hearings
