We are currently in search of a genuine and compassionate Administrative Assistant . This position requires superior communication skills, acute attention to detail, and well-developed customer service and organization skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as a team member in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work independently; be self motivated and very goal-oriented. Our Administrative Assistant must be a friendly, outgoing person who treats every person that walks in the door like an old friend.

Administrative Assistant Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Familiar with a multi-line phone system
• Computer skills including word, excel and outlook
• Eligible as determined by a Level 2 background screen, drug test, and physical
• Well mannered and compassionate
